WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We are processing orders and shipping three times a week for our read to send shop items (Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays). 

For custom orders, please allow up to 3 weeks from date of payment for your order to be completed and shipped. 

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS SHIPPED?

Nation wide shipping can take on average between 3-5 business days, please allow an extra day for rural deliveries. International shipping can take 7-14 business days. Customs in different countries may require an additional fee upon arrival that is the responsibility of the buyer. Once we send you your tracking details please use this to track your parcel. If you have any delays in receiving your order once it has been sent to the courier, please contact the courier company via the link provided with your tracking details and start the inquiry. We can not do this on your behalf.

ARE YOU ABLE TO MAKE A GARMENT TO FIT BY MEASUREMENTS I PROVIDE?

Yes we can! This called a custom made item. We understand that every child is unique and should be able to wear clothing that fits them. Clothing that is not too long, not too short but made to fit and last a decent amount of time. So for this very reason we offer custom, made to measure clothing for your child. See our custom order page for a range of items that are available to order. 

DO YOU OFFER LAYBUY?

Yes we do. We offer traditional laybuy over a 4 week period as an option for orders over $100. Send through an email to inquire about our laybuy terms and conditions. 

WHERE IS LITTLE PIXIES CLOSET CLOTHING MADE?

Little Pixies Closet clothing is made right here in the sunny Waikato. We are proud to say our clothing is handmade in the New Zealand.

I LIVE OUTSIDE NEW ZEALAND, WILL YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we do. Shipping varies between countries. For all international order inquiries, please include your postal address in the inquiry so an estimated shipping quote can be provided. We recommended you select the shipping option with tracking as we take no responsibility for lost parcels if you choose to not track your parcel.

We have had a 100% successful shipping rate so far to Australia, USA, UK and Switzerland. 

CAN YOU MAKE A LITTLE PIXIES GARMENT FROM FABRIC I SUPPLY?

Not at this current time. 

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchange of items. It is encouraged to ask any questions prior to purchasing.  All items that are custom made can not be returned. If there is an error with your order, please email us within 72 hours of receiving your merchandise and we will sort this for you. It is your responsibility to contact us right away if there is an error with your order. We do NOT refund or exchange items if they been washed or used. Please do not send items back to us without a written agreement from Little Pixies Closet. Items will not be returned. Please email me if you have any questions about the product you received.
